By visiting therapyinsession.in, reserving a place, or purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
1. Who may use this site
You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking or purchase on this site. Purchasing a ticket or reserving a place does not entitle any person to be served alcohol. Alcohol is served only to guests who meet the legal drinking age applicable in the State of Maharashtra and who produce valid photo identification on request.
2. What we sell
THERAPY is a cafe and cocktail bar with outlets at Dadar, Khar and Borivali, Mumbai. Through this site we sell:
- Event tickets — paid admission to a specific event, at a specific outlet, on a specific date, including whatever is described on that event's page.
- Guest list reservations — free reservations that hold a place at a specific event, at a specific outlet, on a specific date.
Food and beverages ordered at the venue are charged separately at the venue unless the event description says otherwise.
3. Tickets and reservations
Each ticket or reservation admits one person to the event named on it unless it states otherwise. Tickets and reservations are issued in the name of the purchaser and are personal to them. They may not be resold, and we may refuse admission to anyone presenting a ticket obtained through resale.
Capacity at every event is limited and is enforced by the number of tickets or reservations we issue. When an event shows as sold out or the guest list shows as full, no further places are available.
Admission is subject to the venue's capacity, licensing conditions and any applicable law or government direction on the day.
4. Arriving at the event
Bring your order confirmation — printed or on your phone — and photo identification. We may ask for both at the door.
We reserve the right of admission. We may refuse entry to, or remove, any person who is intoxicated, behaving in a manner that is unsafe or offensive to other guests or staff, unable to produce valid identification when asked, or in breach of these terms. Where entry is refused on these grounds, no refund is due.
Please arrive in good time. Where an event includes a timed component such as a simulator session, we will do our best to accommodate late arrivals but cannot guarantee it.
5. Screenings and third-party content
Where an event involves screening a live sporting fixture or other broadcast, that broadcast is produced and controlled by third parties. Kick-off times, schedules and the fixture itself may be changed, delayed, abandoned or cancelled by the organiser or broadcaster, and this is outside our control. Times shown on this site are our best information at the time of publishing and are stated in Indian Standard Time.
If a fixture is rescheduled or abandoned, the position on refunds is set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Prices and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise on the product page. We may change prices at any time, but a change will not affect an order already placed and paid for.
Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank details. Your order is confirmed only when payment has been successfully received and you have been sent an order confirmation.
We may cancel and refund an order if it was placed at an incorrect price due to an obvious error, or if we reasonably believe it was placed fraudulently or in breach of these terms.
7. Accuracy of the site
We work to keep event listings, prices and outlet information accurate, but we do not warrant that all content is complete or error-free. Menu items, event details and outlet facilities may change. Where an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you and offer a refund or an alternative.
8. THERAPY Inner Circle
The THERAPY Inner Circle loyalty programme is operated separately and is governed by its own terms, published at therapyinsession.in/pages/inner-circle. Unless expressly stated on the event page, event tickets are not eligible for Inner Circle cashback and do not count toward Inner Circle thresholds.
9. Your information
Personal information you provide through this site is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.
Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with any event or order is limited to the amount you paid us for that ticket or order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including travel or accommodation costs incurred to attend an event.
Personal belongings brought to the venue remain your responsibility.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
