Easiest thing is to call the outlet — it takes a minute and you'll be talking to someone who can actually see the floor. Walk-ins are always welcome too; on a good night there may be a short wait, and we'll be straight with you about how long.
If there are six or more of you, do book — especially on weekends, screening nights and events. Smaller tables are just as welcome to book, and if you already know you're coming, it's the safer move.
On bigger tables and peak slots we may ask for an advance to hold it. It isn't an extra charge — every rupee of it comes off your final bill, and you'll always know the amount before you pay anything.
We hold your table for 15 minutes past your booking time. Running late? Call us and we'll do what we can. Past that, on a full night, we may have to release it — but we'll get you onto the next table that opens up.
Call usWe call it a THERAPY Session, and it's the easiest yes on the menu. Monday to Thursday it runs all day. Friday to Sunday it runs until 9PM.
It applies to drinks. It doesn't stack with a Zomato, Swiggy or EazyDiner discount — those are their own offers, so pick whichever works out better for you that night.
You can put your Inner Circle points on top of a THERAPY Session, but only Monday to Thursday — points don't run over the weekend.
It's also worth knowing that Inner Circle members get flat 50% off on their birthday, and we do proper deals on bulk orders and private bookings.
THERAPY Inner Circle →Most nights, no. There's no standing cover at THERAPY, and we'd rather keep it that way.
On a handful of nights there is one — the big performances, the screenings, festival dates and special events. Those are the nights the room fills right to the edges, and a cover is what keeps it a good night for the people in it and a manageable one for the people working it.
When it applies, it's still your money: 100% redeemable against food, drinks and merch. The amount depends on the outlet and the night, and we'll tell you before you're standing at the door wherever we possibly can.
Tonight's is right at the top of this page.
It's THERAPY Inner Circle, it's free, and it's genuinely worth being in.
- Earn 10% back on every bill.
- Spend your whole balance on your next visit — there's no cap on it.
- Minimum bill ₹999, Monday to Thursday, and you'll need to be at the table.
- Works at every THERAPY outlet — buckets and platters included.
- Points last 90 days, and we'll remind you well before they go.
- It doesn't apply to Zomato, Swiggy or EazyDiner payments.
Give it 24 hours first — most of the time the points are sitting there and it's only the message that didn't reach you. Worth checking your balance before anything else.
Still missing? Write to help@therapyinsession.in with your registered mobile number, which outlet you visited, the date, and a photo of the bill if you have one — the amount you paid is enough if you don't. We'll fix it.
Check my balance →After 6PM we're a 21+ room. Bring a government photo ID or have it on DigiLocker, and please don't take it to heart if we ask — we ask everyone. No ID, no alcohol. That one isn't ours to bend.
Before 6PM, everyone's welcome. Families, kids, long slow lunches — the daytime is for all of you.
We'd love to. 20 or more and it's a private event.
Between 20 and 50, we'd point you at booking out a section rather than the whole place — it makes for a better night and a kinder bill. For an outlet entirely to yourself, think 75 and up.
We don't hand out off-the-shelf packages, because they never fit. We'd rather sit down with you, hear what you're celebrating, work out the food and the drinks and the music, and build the night around it.
Quotes usually reach you within 24 hours — stretch that to 48–72 if we're bringing in outside vendors for you.
info@therapyinsession.in →All of it's on the site, prices and all — cocktails, food, bar and cafe. Everything's marked veg or non-veg so you're not guessing.
The menu's the same wherever you go, with one exception we're quite fond of: every outlet has a pin code special, a short menu written as a nod to its own neighbourhood.
There's a Jain menu, and plenty for vegetarians. We're not a pure-veg kitchen though, so if you eat strictly, say so when you sit down — the team will walk you through exactly what works.
Open the menu →Dadar — yes, bring them. The mall is pet-friendly.
Borivali — yes, absolutely.
Khar — sorry, not this one. There's no outdoor section here, and we'd rather tell you now than have your dog stuck inside all evening.
Khar — Ground Floor, Rd No. 3, near The Unicontinental Hotel, Ram Krishna Nagar, Khar West 400052. Valet available.
Dadar — 2nd Floor, West Tower, Kohinoor Square, N C Kelkar Marg, Dadar West 400028. Valet at Kohinoor Square.
Borivali — Shop 1 & 2, The Castle by Solidago, opposite St. Francis ground, I C Colony, Borivali West 400103. Plenty of parking right outside, though no valet here.
Yes — open as usual for food, coffee and everything non-alcoholic, and the kitchen runs right up to closing. Just no alcohol that day, which is the law's call rather than ours.
Dadar and Borivali are also serving coffee through the day, dry day or not.
Bring your own cake and decorations. No cakeage, no fee, no fuss — it's your celebration.
Dress code — we're relaxed about it. The only ask is covered footwear on weekends.
Paying — UPI, cards and cash, all of it, everywhere on site.
Call the outlet and ask for the manager — they keep lost property, and we hold on to things indefinitely. Nothing gets thrown away, so it's worth asking however long it's been.
Call usYes — actively. Managers, bartenders, kitchen, baristas and more, across all our outlets. The fastest way in is the application on our hiring page — it takes about three minutes.
Prefer email? Send your CV to hiring@rivehospitality.com with which outlet suits you and what you'd like to be doing. We read them.
Apply at THERAPY →Then we'd genuinely rather hear about it than not. Write to help@therapyinsession.in with the outlet, the date and what happened.
A real person reads that inbox and you'll get an answer — we'd much rather fix it than lose you over it.
